Mentors &
Facilitators
The world often keeps college-aged individuals separated from other professionals—you know your friends in college, maybe a couple of older cousins or acquaintances, and then there's everyone else. We’re here to change that. At The Undeclared, our mentors are as much believers in your potential as they are advisors. They’re experienced enough to offer wisdom, yet relatable enough to understand where you’re coming from. These are people who have done incredible things, but their main goal is to be on your team as you begin to tackle your career.

Daily YPO inspired Forums
What is a Forum?
Daily forum meetings 90 minutes. Close-knit, confidential group where you will share their personal experiences, challenges, and aspirations in a supportive and structured setting. These forums foster trust, mutual respect, and growth, helping members gain new perspectives, build strong relationships, and navigate transitions with confidence
Virtual Sessions
Before you even arrive, you’ll be assigned a mentor who you'll have the chance to chat with beforehand, ensuring you're ready to make the most of your experience. During the retreat, your mentor will lead daily forum meetings with a group of 6-10 participants, fostering deep connections and meaningful discussions. But it doesn't stop there—after the retreat, your mentor will continue to facilitate these forum meetings virtually once a month for 4 months. Many forums launched this way go on to self-moderate for years, providing lasting support and community as you begin to navigate your career.
