A Day in Leadville
Everyday will be a little different, but many will follow this format
The days at the retreat are designed to be a blend of structured learning,
personal growth, and community building. Here's what you can typically expect:
Morning:
Breakfast: Start the day with a healthy, communal meal.
Morning Forum: Engage in a 90-minute forum group with 6-10 participants.
Your Presentations: Most mornings, participants will share 5-minute talks about what they are excited about, wondering about, or just think is interesting.
Afternoon:
Lunch: A break to enjoy a meal together and reflect on the morning’s learnings.
Afternoon Session: Each afternoon features a facilitated all-group session led by one of the mentors, covering topics like great networking, why you don’t need a mentor but believers, how to run effective meetings, the science of connection, and more.
Free Time: A few hours to unwind, explore Leadville, or connect informally with fellow participants.
Evening:
Dinner: A shared meal, offering more opportunities for conversation and connection.
Night Activity: Depending on the day, this could be a group discussion, a social event, or a reflective practice designed to wind down the day and prepare for the next.
